In the tack room there seems to be plenty of blue activity.
And on the River Walk downtown they like the blues as well.
This is not my kind of blue. The name of this is "Ugly Blue". Not to pick on the dead but this is one of the reasons Pontiac died.
These two pictures were not taken yesterday but recently and in Pueblo. Click on this and there just happens to be bunches of blue going on. The blue of the bike is very close to my favorite and almost identical to a common Chevy blue from the 60's.
Lighter shades of blue along the Arkansas River. The old and huge train station is on the right.
This was fun. Pink would have been different.
I like your idea of seeing the blue in things, to pick a detail to focus on and see what happens. Is that your bike? A good looking one.
ReplyDeleteThanks Teresa. I never saw all the different blue when I took these pictures.
ReplyDeleteIt is my bike and 27 years old maybe 28. It has 20K on it easy and still ticks pretty good.
Great captures, I love the color blue.
ReplyDeleteMany have taken that same position. Blue is just the best. Thanks.
DeleteThese are fun shots! Nice captures :-).
ReplyDeleteThanks for that CSL.
DeleteLuv the bike and the tack room the best. Fun pics!
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking the same TMoon.
DeleteI love all shades of blue! And you captured them all!!
ReplyDeleteHave a Super Sunday!
Debbie's Travels
Thanks Debbie.
DeleteGreat shots, that firebird needs help..:-)
ReplyDeleteIt was flawed from the beginning.
DeleteWe saw peacocks (and peahens) at the Los Angeles Arboretum.
ReplyDeleteAre peahens Guinea fowl? IO can't remember.
ReplyDeleteIt always amazes me the brilliant blues in natures critters. Great job.
ReplyDeleteBlue's the best and we know that don't we.
ReplyDeleteWow lots of blues and I love the blues in the birds. What do you mean pink would be different - okay probably harder! LOL
ReplyDeleteSome could be had I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteLove all the different blues, and the Pontiac comment.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the first, mostly because of the eye of one of the birds peeking over the end of the branch, but also because of their lovely shade of blue.
I loved the first one! Of course I like blue so I like all of the above!
ReplyDeleteOh, and peahens are the female of the peacock species!

I put subscribe by e-mail on the right Linda. Will that work for you?
DeleteThanks for that Eva. There were two other birds with blue in here. It was dark and I'm glad I got the couple good ones of these two. I would take a '65 GTO with 3-deuces and a 4-speed though. Maybe a couple others they made but that's about all.
ReplyDeleteDamn right I got the blues.

ReplyDeleteVery well done...loved those bird shots and that bike is pretty close to my favorite shade of blue as well.
ReplyDeleteThanks Janice.
